If one has enough money to live on the interest from lending [or investing] it, those of us who must borrow to live haven't been paid enough by the employer/investors for whom we work. Tax the tyrannical investors and abrogate our debts.

If one owns so much property one can have significant rental income, one owns so much property that the blessings of ownership are denied to the renters. The most likely reason for the renters' inability to participate in the market dominated by landlords is the low wages paid by the rentiers who employ the majority of us. Confiscate the excess property to defend the human race from the economic overlords who threaten our existence with their greed.
