5 percent of the worlds population and 25 percent of its prisoners. No victim = no crime, sadly we have lost site of this idea.

we have quickly turned into a police state and no one really seems to notice, we seem to worried about money...which is important but not as important as this issue. This is why police unions should be limited....especially the Fraternal Order of Police....they stand to lose too much if we ended the drug war and the police state...they will fight to keep jobs regardless of the Constitution
