As well you should be. Those people in the park are a bunch of animals, capable of anything! You should have taught your son to run with a better crowd.

He's probably in jail or in a hospital. He'll get a phone call so don't worry.

Why is your name "StopOWS"? What is it about free speech that you hate so much? Not in line with your Fascist values?

[-] -1 points by StopOWS (50) 13 years ago

Speak all you want. I just don't like filthy, dirty, hippies who want to take other people's money under the guise of creating a better America.

I worked all my life. I'm not rich. Served in the military, got a job and worked hard to make money, got married, bought a house, had kids.

Never once did I feel sorry for myself because other people had more than I did. I never wanted to take someone else's money because they made a lot more than me. I wasn't jealous because some people had Cadillacs and I had a cheap Honda.

You leeches think because you got a bunch of people that it's YOUR park? It isn't nitwits, it belongs to Brookfield Properties. You are disrupting people's daily lives for a cause that none of you even know? Everyone of you their has a different cause.

One guy wanted his college loans paid. Who the eff is he when everyone else is paying theirs off.

Got nothing to do with hating free speech, you dumb eff. Get a job and stop thinking you morons know everything that is wrong with this country.

EARN something instead of protesting and taking it.

I have a job. I have a Ph.D. I make $150,000 year designing new pharmaceutical drugs. OWS is about fighting corporate corruption and closing tax loopholes. Everything else you said has no bearing on this discussion.

[-] 1 points by StopOWS (50) 13 years ago

You mean corporate corruption like Solyndra? Yeah, the Obama adminstration is the one you should be protesting against. And tax loopholes? Again, the govt is responsible for that. So go to DC and protest there.

Why aren't you protesting the salaries of sports players and celebrities like movie stars? They are the 1%. You have a moron like Michael Moore come there and treat him like he was God. He's worth 50 million dollars, flies all over in a private jet.

Singers worth tens of millions go there and perform. You say nothing, idolize them. But some CEO gets a few million in bonuses and it's Occupy Wall Street; kill the selfish bastard. By the way, what was your bonus?

Get over yourself, you're all a bunch of hypocrites.

Sorry, got to go, I have to perform heart surgery in the morning.

[-] 1 points by nuclearradio (227) 13 years ago

It's not about a single CEO, it's about corporate corruption. It's about Halliburton, and Monsanto, and Shell. It's about ALEC. And the money that funded Solyndra was signed off during the Bush administration. The next time you do heart surgery, think about all the trouble your hospital goes to to collect money from HMOs.Think about how expensive your malpractice insurance is. Think about all the charity surgeries your colleagues most likely do. Shouldn't there be a better way? Why isn't there? Is it because someone is skimming off the cream?
