The best thing any of us can do is to vote our conscience not party or party ideology. Name calling and labeling people serve no purpose. Let's show our strength and courage by speaking the truth and getting the facts out to the rest of our fellow Americans. Let's show how the political pundits (especially those at FOX) manipulate truth and facts so that we are a nation divided. We are purposefully kept distracted while the 'select few' get their way at the expense of the rest of us.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with being wealthy as long as that wealth was earned in a fair and just manner, not at the expense of someone else.
Perhaps now is the time for a resurgence of organized labor. Time for the working class (the middle class) to get back the pensions and medical benefits that have been taken away, so that exe3cutives can be overcompensated. After-all, when was the last time you heard of a major corporation's executive taking a pay cut to help save a faltering business. It appears that the mentality today is preserve profit by laying off the very people who provide services or manufacture products. Maybe some of those excessive salaries could be put to use in growing the business by inventing new products or services. Less executive compensation could mean reduced prices for goods and services, thereby making goods and services more price competitive.
The free market is supposed to be based on the best products and the best prices leading to a successful business. The oil industry is a great example of how upside down things are today. The oil industry is enjoying incredible profits, yet threatens to cut jobs if they lose their tax breaks. I thought that in the free market it is a company's responsibility to take a portion of their profit and invest it back into the business. This is not what we are hearing is it. Why would the oil industry making record profits have to cut jobs if they no longer receive tax breaks?
This is only part of the message that needs to get out to the American public. Storming the Smithsonian Institution serves no purpose. Get out and tell the truth about the ultra conservatives. It appears that the sole purpose of the ultra conservatives is the systematic financial destruction of the middle class and retired Americans. The only thing the ultraconservatives got right is that we can not exist as a debt based society. Not as individuals and not as a nation. We do have to live within our means. Yes we have to control spending, but we also have to increase income. The constant drone of not increasing taxes for the top 1% is absolutely ridiculous, when all it means is a return to the tax levels of the Clinton era.
Before you talk about "cleaning the House", clean your movement first or the House will just spread the infection to you first.

A wise man would say that wealth is a good thing where by it allows one to create opportunities for others who may be less fortunate.
Wealth does no good for anyone if it is based on human greed.
Now that Occupy Wall street has gotten Wall streets attention it is now time to get the politician's attention as well. Either the republicans and democrats are with the 99% of the American people or they are against the 99% of the American people. We need to send a clear message to the President and congress NOW including the republican presidential candidates that are looking at the Occupy Wall Street as some sort of joke by the nasty comments they have made in the media of the 99% movement. For example - M Bachmann said that the 99% made their own bad decision's so stop crying like some little bitches and eat it. H Cain said if you don't have a job, and you are not rich then the 99% should blame themselves. You see these republican presidential candidates really don't care what the 99% of Americans have to say they are going to push their agenda on us unless we the 99% put pressure on them and call them out one by one. ** Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Ron Paul, Jon Huntsman, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum You are here by being put on notice * You Are Either with the 99% of the American People (aka) Occupy Wall Street or you are not. If you are not then 99% of the American people (Occupy Wall Street) will see you in 2012 and that is a promise.
