For one, the EU is not socialist, it's capitalist. So you think multinational banks directing policy is socialism? Give me a break. That must be why all the far left and socialist parties in Europe are typically euroskeptic, right? And two, the EU isn't even finished, here's a far better article on the subject:

fantastic. but socialism does not apply here. systemic abuse by the financial sector does however apply very well.
For socialism to work we need evolved beings.
