government. The way we redress our government is peaceful, our tactics are of necessity...we will overcome the government, police first-very easily, they cannot afford to arrest us all. After a short time the world will see Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Syria being repeated like today in N Y C.

We will NEVER cause the change I believe we are trying to affect unless we define our premise in ways that everyone can support you and in a way that revolutionary change can occur. Tackle TRUE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM. Demand laws that state that a politician CANNOT accept or spend ANY contribution that does not come from a citizen that he or she would represent. No PACs...no corporate donations. Even push for a Constitutional Amendment. Everyone would join in on this.

using peaceful means, redress the gov, using rights to dissent is better than thinking about peace, it is changing the world thru peace...

No, actually we are petitioning our government for the redress of grievances. If you are going to post at least try to look as intelligent as the current sorry crop of Republican Presidential hopefuls.

[-] 1 points by icfmike (173) 13 years ago

they could not spell petition and they neither look nor sound intelligent, can't watch too long but today on fox cable there were three regular talking heads that just bashed and degraded ows but they did bring in a guy I've not seen before for just a little balance, cnn's talking heads were supportive of ows one even said she could not get into the park while ows had it streaming on the net If I may say redjazz, fishtank ensemble, nikki yanofsky 2 different kinds of jazz

Today there was major violence in Egypt. Is that you want?

[-] 1 points by icfmike (173) 13 years ago

violence by the army against the people...of course not, they like ows are standing up for their rights..the army in egypt is trying to turn the country into a military dictatorship, they will not prevail, a lot of brave egyptians peacefully protested, after all these yrs, and won, rather quickly, now they are trying to prevail over the military, the military will not win, because in egypt the military is made up of everyday people, after all they went thru they will not quit now, especially when they see ows...

I agree with you, but one problem still lingers, if we're fighting our own gov't, what happens when the terrorists attack??? That's what worries me. I saw a post on here that got deleted, but not before I translated the arabic to English...that's something we need to think about also....peace...

What did that Arabic post say? Anything disturbing?

[-] 1 points by Loucipher (18) 13 years ago

I don't know Arabic but this is what I got sorry I didn't save the Arabic characters I just plugged it into Dictionary.com translator "Your shoulder will be fought by the US, Patriots you anonymous We are armed and not the Government or folly" I have my own ideas of what that statement might mean... and no sir, I don't like it.

Cryptic. But it does seem a bit ominous.

Completely delusional. It's sad to watch.

It's really sad that this system made up of people that were elected. It's time to get ourselves together and clean up our government.
