I've posted this a couple places and kind of spammed it in stream chats but so far not much response. Someone on Reddit said you could probably do it for around $20 with a pallet/OSB/casters.

I'm in California otherwise I'd come there and try it myself. I'm genuinely curious if this could work around the statutes. With winter coming, it's worth a try I think.
