This forum is a cesspool. I'm not saying that to be critical. Even a cesspool has a purpose and function. As long as you know that it is a cesspool and don't mistake it for something else.
Much better OWS forum: http://www.themultitude.org/forum . . TheMultitude.org is a place where the #OccupyWallStreet movement can come together and organize online; whether it be to organize their ideas, their plans, their information, or simply to support each other.
The idea for TheMultitude.org began as a group of users frequenting occupywallst.org's proprietary forum decided that a separately-run website, dedicated to organized communication, was needed. The founding users of TheMultitude.org firmly believe that a strong, organized online component of the movement will be an essential tool in helping the movement exercise its full potential.
This website is not a replacement for occupywallst.org. Rather, this site attempts to relieve the burden of public communication from that site and its organizers -- a function which they likely did not originally foresee growing to the degree it has.
TheMultitude.org is currently funded by its founders. If traffic eventually grows to the point that more resources are needed than we can provide, donated web space may be solicited from other organizations.
No one makes any money from this website, and we pledge that it will never be used that way.
