I don't mean to shill for any candidate, but Buddy Roemer intends on getting money out politics and ending too big to fail. Details on both haven't been what I'd like to see but he has ran his campaign solely on donations of $100 or less. He has been vocal in his willingness to actually end TBTF (I hope he considers capping bank size)
