No, it's not a cult, its a purpose and solution to everything wrong with the world. This will fix the human race, the planet, and society. Everyone needs to put aside the feeling that not everyone can be equal, it is the only way for the world to not grow corruption. We've essentially been running the same society in different forms for thousands of years and it keeps failing. Time for a real change, a revolution to unite human kind and end all the sorrow and disparity that plagues the earth.
Zeitgeist doesn't have much to do with RBE, in fact the whole RBE concept is a part of www.thevenusproject.com peace

Nothing religious about it, just a solution.
It's a little like a cult, but it's more like communism.
