We, the People of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect democracy, do hereby declare ourselves independent from and unbound by, the laws, regulations, courts, police and armies of the present government, it having been usurped, corrupted and funded by multinational financial institutions, huge corporations and capitalist career politicians. We hereby declare ourselves free citizens of the United States of America and owe our allegiance solely to the Constitution of the United States, the Bill of Rights and the principles of the 1776 Declaration of Indepedence, as they are written and owing no allegiance to the present Congress, Supreme Court and/or all legislative and executive branches of the Federal Government, which has been co-opted by the aforementioned financial and corporate giants, therefore being useless to represent and respond to the needs and desires of the citizenry of the United States. As stated in the first Declaration of Independence, "...whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends(Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness) it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and and organizing its Powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." Therefore it is our right according to the Constitution and the first Declaration of Independence and our duty to our country and our fellow citizens to declare ourselves independent of and unbound by, this corrupt, non-representational and treasonous government; to restore our country to its citizens. We hereby form a new government, of and by and for the people and with our signatures declare our independence from the old.
