In this era, the only votes that really matter are the ones you cast by spending your money. We live in a society driven by financial greed and corporations - the root of it all is money.

Bank Transfer Day was a great first step, but we need more. Let's make it Transfer Week, or Month, or even Year - and not just for banks, but for everything.

Consider where your money is going. Buy local.Whether it's food, clothes, electronics, phone bills, cars, loans, credit cards, or anything else - there is almost always a local choice. When you buy local, you decrease earnings for the big corporations, cause them to miss estimates, and cause their stock values to drop. Even a 10% decrease in corporation value would be considered quite a massive drop, so it doesn't take much to crater these corps. And most of all, consider banking local...
