Crude oil will continue to move....it went up again today. See if you can see what is going on with these insights. Keep researching Lindsey, he has had it right for many years. Interesting global perspective. http://youtu.be/mhIXEvhbcl8

The second is an older video but must be seen. Government needs to come up with an energy policy. Big Oil controls us and underpins our foreign policy.
See a more encouraging outlook from a British Commentator at http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/comment/ambroseevans_pritchard/8844646/World-power-swings-back-to-America.html I can't vouch for the veracity of his statements, but it IS nice to finally hear a foreign voice who still has HOPE for America.
Also see my post at http://occupywallst.org/forum/inconvenient-truths-america/ for some actual facts regarding the state of America.
Do NOT confuse these statements with a lack of support. See my posts at http://occupywallst.org/forum/one-percenter-ready-to-join-if/ and http://occupywallst.org/forum/we-the-people-in-order-to-a-proposal/
I just happen to think things aren't QUITE as bad as folks suggest. We need to fix very specific problems rather than throw out the baby with the bathwater!
I know that was a bit gloomy doomy but the point I'm making is that oil companies have had a great influence on our foreign and energy policy. I actually prefer a better energy strategy than shale mining like putting people to work revamping our grids to accommodate more green energy. Lets just say we should put this issue on the list of eventual things to correct. There are some real hard disturbing truths about our big oil companies. I read a good book by Van Jones "The Green Collar Economy"- a little tree huggerish but a good reality check that we won't be able to take advantage of if big oil bankrolls our Congress. Our economy has been based on: Consumption rather than production Credit rather than thrift Ecological destruction rather than ecological restoration So as corporate influence backs down off the platform we will be able to focus on getting things right. I think the bathwater is certainly the corporations-Oil included. I think the movement is the only effective measure to pressure our leaders to make changes.
Rico, have you read "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" by John Perkins? Whistleblower supreme! http://youtu.be/yTbdnNgqfs8
Yep. Let's TAKE BACK OUR GOVERNMENT first so WE decide what our policies are. Once we have taken it back, we can use the UNCORRUPTED Democratic process to debate energy policy, taxation, etc the way we were SUPPOSED to when this great Nation was founded !
