United States partisanship has failed. Republicans only represent the top dogs and the democrats have their feet in their mouths. The time is now to create a new party, one of which will represent the true 99%. A party that will fight for fairness and logic. A party that will not fall under the greed of Wall Street and Washington, but rise above it. We must fight not to take back this country for Republican or Democrat sake, but for our sake, our party, our new party. We must band together and find the great unique individuals of OWS and push them forward, to change the system within, to a greater country. We must create a new party, with new ideas and optimism. We must dethrone the career politicians, who sit in their chairs as self-proclaimed immortals. The time to end two party partisanship is now. The time to apply logic in politics is now. The time to band together is now. The time for a new party is NOW. THE TIME IS NOW.
Our party needs a name

Keep up the great work!

Pushing this to the top - this is important!
OWS should not become a political party or represent one. To do so would only diminish the validity of the movement. As I write this, political organizations are infiltrating the movement and trying to sway opinion and gain traction. Any attempt noticed should be immediatley dismissed and rejected.

I fully agree. The two major parties are both owned by the same corporate interests. We need a new party that truly represents the 99%.

Name party of the 99
do like the Tea party and tell people they will not get our support until they say they are for the 99%
This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.
