An Open Letter To The People Of The World....

Letter: "A series of issues are advancing toward armed rebellion, if for nothing else. Election Day 2013 is not over, the settlement of it is not over. Moreover the adjudication of, prosecution of, and detainment of George W. Bush, Richard B. Cheney, H. Donald Rumsfeld, Collin Powell (General, United States Army, Retired), Dr. Condolezza Rice, PhD., and Paul Wolfowitz for crimes against humanity/crimes against the world in Iraq & Afghanistan, is most certainly not over, no matter what those in power will say or try to do, period.

On Thursday, 10 January 2013, President Barack H. Obama, II., the Honorable, signed into law H.R. 6620 (See Here: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr6620/text), the so called, "Former Presidents Protection Act of 2012". This act, sponsored by U.S. Representative Trey Gowdy, Republican-South Carolina, according to Huffington Post article stated that (See Here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/10/obama-protection_n_2450701.html), "The measure Obama signed Thursday applies to presidents elected after Jan. 1, 1997, specifically Obama and former President George W. Bush. It reverses a 1994 law that ended Secret Service protection 10 years after a president leaves office. Under that law, the Homeland Security secretary could extend such protection on a temporary basis."

BECAUSE of the, "increased terrorist threats and the greater mobility and youth of former presidents" Mr. Gowdy said. He went on to say that it, "made the change necessary."

Additionally H.R. 6620 offers this: "The new law also authorizes Secret Service protection for the children of former presidents until they turn 16." This is stemming from the fact that since leaving office, in January 2008, former President Bush, former Vice President Cheney, and the other a fore mentioned have had their lives, fortunes, and sacred honors threatened nearly every day BECAUSE there are those of us who believe that The George W. Bush Administration is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, in fact, in Malaysia (The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuala_Lumpur_War_Crimes_Commission ) recently just concluded a formal war crimes tribunal (SEE HERE: http://www.andyworthington.co.uk/2012/05/15/war-crimes-tribunal-in-malaysia-finds-bush-cheney-rumsfeld-guilty-of-torture-in-guantanamo-and-iraq/) in which they found The Bush Administration guilty of crimes against humanity.

In addition to that formal tribunal an Iraqi National has attempted to bring suit against the above for War Crimes herself (Title 18 USC 2441--War Crimes: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2441) according this article found (HERE: http://intellihub.com/2013/08/26/department-justice-grants-immunity-bush-cheney-criminals-war-crimes/) because its, "The same exact kind of ‘complaint’ (which) finally prosecuted the Nazis after WWII, but with US government granting them (the Bush Administration) immunity, it seems the US government would probably use force against people trying to prosecute the former tyrants, so who knows when they will be brought to justice. All of these people who might be granted immunity were found guilty of multiple war crimes in Malaysia a while ago, but they are being protected by the current tyrants in power." (emphasis mine)

BUT the Department of Justice, namely Attorney's General Eric. A. Holder, Jr. the Honorable, has made an end run around the process per the then 112th Congress, Trey Gowdy, and ultimately President Obama. In addition to H.R. 6620 they have also invoked, since this attempted suit something called The Westfall Act (SHOWN HERE: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/28/2679 Title 28 of the US Code Section 2679) this act amounts to two things:

1. Throwing money at a problem OR a people in order to make it go away, by order of our federal government here in America.

Citizens of this world, WE can either continue to ignore this clear violation of the Rule of Law or do something about it, by force. Let me repeat now, for the sake of clarity, WE can either continue to ignore this clear violation of the Rule of Law or do something about it, BY FORCE.

Lastly, I am calling out several men, that work for and or run altogether GE NBC/NBC Universal/NBC Marvel/Comcast Cable Corporation NBC/NBC Xfinity, which really ALL ADDS UP TO ON THING: ALEC (The American Legislative Exchange Council): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Legislative_Exchange_Council. ALEC and its minions are firmly entrenched on the Board of Directors running that Company!

The four men at NBC I'm calling out are:

1. Charles D. "Chuck" Todd, Political News Department Director for NBC News (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Todd)

1. Shaquille O'Neal, Controlling Partner and Managing Director for Comcast Xfinity (which owns, outright, NBC Television, and its holdings. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaquille_O%27Neal)

These men have interfered in, and continue to interfere in, directly and indirectly, into the United States of America's vasting processes. Either politically, socially or ecumenically they have either adversely affected or grossly effected the process of the USA, and should be removed from their present positions of power, by force if necessary, and be made to give a full throated accounting of there long lasting actions before a civil court.

Unless, and until this be done we can expect more and more HUBRIS from The Club. This club is a rare and unique club featuring exclusively the members of the Military Industrialist Complex, The C.I.A., COINTELPRO, and the Oligarchs of our day.

These controllers and controlling people through the aide, advent and bolstering of a protectorate Congressional Leadership have cornered the political, social and ecumenical markets across the USA and around the World. UNLESS, and until this is stopped my fellow Citizens, by force, then we will continue to have more and more direct interference from this Club and its out liars in Media."
