Can any of you folks out there in short words describe how the governance of the "Occupy movement" looks like?

If not, where can I get an answer?

There are General Assemblies held at each occupation that decides what that occupation should do next. There are working groups that problem solve for the GA. There are organizers but no figurehead. There are some spokes persons beginning to appear on serious TV talk shows. Nothing much. This companion forum has much more: http://www.themultitude.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=386

Thanx, but is it that easy? Are there any other economic intressts involved. How do I follow the money further then to the donate-boxes? Who donate the money?
