The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
the constitution is lost.
"When they came for the Jews I did not stand up because I was not a Jew. When they came for the Communists, I did not stand up because I was not a Communist. When they came for the Homosexuals, I did not stand up because I was not a Homosexual. And when they came for me, there was no one left to stand up.
The US government started with "terrorists", have moved on to protestors. Who will be next?"
yes "today" we need to stand up for everyone- that is facing injustice. everyone in the world--

yeah-ya. nice article, it came out friday, and there is some interesting stuff there.
I left Naomi a comment myself, here
I'm not really sure why you keep recycling it, but hey.
because it's important for people to know about, maybe they haven't seen it
your comment is equally your unsubstantiated opinion. her point about violence and loss of 1st amendment are clearly seen
I have a copy of The End Of America right on my desk.
I believe her analysis has missed the mark in this instance. You are correct, that is my opinion. Yet if we look nation wide at all of the protests taking place, and examine in detail police response in each instance individually, you will see a wide range of both behaviors and attitudes to Our Movement.
We have not lost our first amendment. This nation still has made no law with respect to religion, and we still have that right to peaceably assemble.
Are there a few officers looking at desk jobs - within or without the departments they currently serve? No doubt.
Is the President responsible?
That's a huge stretch. I want facts. Evidence.
I don't know if you know this but there is a legal category of 'unprotected speech' or 'obscenity'. This category has never been defined. Through case law, certain types of messages (such as pornography) have been 'determined' to fall under the category of obscenity. The actual language surrounding the institution and subsequent expansion of 'obscenity' grants to government the power to ban material if, taken as a whole, it lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value (as determined by the courts).
it's lost in practice. especially evident in current ows movement. as we speak corp/gov is shutting down protest
president is a puppet. he's not responsible for anything public domain.

You are confused by the illusion!!
Click the link to see why our nation has TWO constitutions and why.
You have no rights under the second one, only privilege your implied consent gleans you.
ALL American citizens, except Wall Streeters and their politicans and military minions, are next if the senate bill sponsored by Senator John McCain wins approval as it goes to the Senate floor today. The proposed legislation makes the USA a so-called battleground in which all Constitutional guarantees are removed. Any American citizen can be arrested without cause and held indefintely without the right to a trial. Military rule will replace civilian courts. In other words, McCain's proposed legislation will install a Military Dictatorship in the former Land of the Free and Home of the Brave. Are you ready? Do you see now how afraid of us they really are? However, be assured that their power grab will fail, and the evil ones will eventually fall on their own swords. Keep the movement going and never, ever give up!
do u have a link to the bill in question?
Go to the ACLU website. They have all the information you need.
how r u so sure it will fail? everything else they do seems to be against the people, why wouldn't this pass as well. guess we'll see. then what..
Perhaps I didn't make it clear, but I mean the ultimate failure of all their plans. This evil bill may be passed by both houses of Congress and signed into law, but it won't make any difference. It could, in fact, trigger the end of their rule. I have friends who work on a special project which indicates the failure of those opposed to us. Visit urbansurvial.com (November 28, 2011 issue) which explains my statement. Our victory will, according to their work, not be easy - to say the least - and many will give their lives for the cause of freedom. Indications are that, in the future, Americans and others around the world will build monuments to the victories we will win in our time.
