Lets kill the whole dragon not just one of its heads. Take away its fire and scales and it's a lot less daunting. The FED is central to the problem but many know little about it. How it works and what would happen if we 86ed it. We need a simple reasonable thing that everyone already knows and understands, no education needed. Unify with simplicity and we remove a lot of its power making further work possible. http://www.getmoneyout.com/

Tea Partiers like you who are trying to brainwash the protesters into scapegoating the Fed are succeeding, because so few of the protesters understand what the Fed does.

The FED, no matter it's suposed services is counter to self rule. My post is about removing money from the gov not getting rid of the FED. We must own it before we can fix it. Our interest must be primary not the intersets of the corps, banks included. The fed is owned by the wall street big banks and international financial powers. It is a mostly private for profit org. it power over the economy is immense. so I understand why it is a target of scorn. We need to focus on one thing and I feel Money out of gov and limiting corp rights is a solid first step and something we all agree needs to be fixed. Lets focus on One universally made demand. http://www.getmoneyout.com/

I DESPISE the tea party, nice try though. The article I posted explains EXACTLY what the Fed does.

i know what it does. I don't agree with the idea of it existence at all. everything it does that is a service to us can be done by us alone. Check out Australia's central bank. I works almost exactly the same way but profits are deposited in the peoples account not the pockets of a private of profit global financial giants. Currency is controlled by the people for their interests not privet players. I think the whole fractional reserve idea is a sham and unfair to start with.

Of course it is. However try getting your average OWSer to understand how fractional reserves are TAX on them, with the benefits going to the Federal banks and those capital investment firms that get first crack at this "new money"

You make my point. Lets leave that front to focus on changing the law and how it is interpreted. We can't teach we don't have the time. We must use what we all know already to unify and get the money out of our ability to self rule.
