Forum Post: The FCC can take big $$$ out of elections

Get big $$ out of elections Most of the election money goes for advertising. We can demand that the FCC tell all licensed media outlets that they must, under law, give free time during the election cycle (perhaps in October?), to all legitimate candidates (those who have petitioned on ANY party) as part of the media outlets licensing agreement. Outside advertising regarding the election will be construed as election tampering, making ads from outside entities illegal.
