While this may have worked in previous times when it would take many months for the effect of printing to hit currency exchange rates and in turn real markets, it was old news and forgotten and the crises would be over. In this day and age, Greenspan can break wind and its on twitter before his rectum has cooled.

As a result you are witnessing historic amount of liquidity injection and the consequent cycle of disbelief termed as the “Negative Feedback Loop”.

Long story short, financial jibber jabber aside, at stake are trillions and trillions of dollars of free and easy money which won’t be given up easily.
