The concept of major shareholding has elongated the economic systems to maintain balance while being competitive.

Not speaking only of the personalities calling the shots in any situation but the whole idea of board of directors making decision outside their boundaries and serving as surrogates to business ideologies which extend into domestic and foreign economic policies, and upper management following suit blindly, and finally the average person lost in the maze.

This is the 1%'s choice; to push governments into default, not the ever isolated mislead population.

Possible solutions to this problem are numerous but it is important to categorize them so the most flexible and effective are selected for further analysis.

Time to render a new definition for shareholder economics.
