that's the idea, man. don't follow leaders and watch your parking meters. and btw violence breeds violence and we can't afford to compete on that level, its called war

What ray said!

This has a life of its own; we have a vehicle that doesn't require a driver yet.

We don't need the blessing/curse of the corporate media. Today, the only thing that gets mentioned is negative things. We are gaining our own traction. We are showing what we are about, regardless of how we are portrayed

When the Tea Party was at the point we are at now, what kind of leadership did they have? I'm not too worried about the leadership problem yet.

That's what makes this resistance so revolutionary--through the idea of LEADERLESS RESISTANCE. The media controls how our ideas out portrayed to society. Through lack of leadership--they have no one to blame but society as a whole. It confused media conglomerates because it defies the traditional concept of what a rebellion SHOULD look like. We do not have a leader because it is a citizen led movement--no one person can tell us what we stand for, or what we should do. Watch mainstream news coverage--watch how confused they continue to be as they ask every protester "who is your leader?" We are all equal leaders fighting for our equal right to participate in a democratic society.

Well, we aren't just a movement of one people, we are a movement of many people. It isn't just hippies or African Americans, or Christians, etc. We are a diverse group, and the only way we can come to a consesus is through allowing everyone's voice to be heard, not just a spokesman. How do I know that what he says will represent me? It most likely will not. I want the group as a whole to speak, not just one individual.

What we need is a process to reach a conclusion. To find answers that represent the will of the people, and of the movement itself. There are many different solutions surfacing, all of them very good options. I have my own solution, which I am sharing with people, and it is certainly picking up steam. If you can't make it to Zuccatti Park to participate in the open discussions there, in person, then consider participating in this wiki, online. It's the same thing, but from the convenience of your home. All inclusive, unifying, and democratic.

We do not need leadership at the moment. Leadership is easier to corrupt and co-opt.
