Forum Post: Tea Party and OWS

Let's focus on this and we will not be divided once again. Let the establishment not inject socialism vs. capitalism here or race, abortion and all the other social issues that have kept the American people divided for ages. Don't let Michael Moore or Nancy Pelosi own OWS. I'm a tea partier and the Republican party would like to own the Tea Party but they do not. The Tea party sent many Republicans packing in 2010. Hopefully OWS can add to that number.

Where we don't know yet what OWS is all about, let me suggest what I think will make the biggest difference. If the Tea Party and OWS joined up to eradicate fascism in the US, fascism would have to go. Fascism is what we have in common: Corporations+government creating an uneven playing field resulting in a 99%. The Tea party focuses on the government side of that equation and OWS appears to focus on the corporate side.

I promise not to preach Ron Paul, the free-market, the social contract, libertarianism or human nature/psychology to you at this time. If you want results, leave socialism and what not for another day. Tea Partiers won't join a socialist revolution but we will fight government/corporate corruption with you.
