They write all the rules by which capitalists follow. They are at fault. Shady backroom deals, ambiguous laws, lobbyists... This needs to end. Take the march to the White House and to Congress and demand Obama, Biden, and Boehner step down immediately. Send a clear message that the system needs to be abolished, as allowed for by our Constitution.

Obama may have continued some of the cycle but it was Bush that deregulated Wallstreet, Clinton that signed in NAFTA sending our jobs overseas to produce cheaply and sell back expensively. It goes much further back than just this administration. But you are correct, it started in DC and only DC can fix it, Don't blame the ill behaved children, Blame the parents (gov) that let them act that way.

Our elected officials aren't as a whole bad, but they are caught up in a bad system where money buys elections and consequently influence. We need to help them extricate themselves from a System of institutionalized bribary. We need to get big money out of our election process. And that can be a starting point for true reform.

fiji, 99% of Americans would not support that idea. Also, that action would not abolish the system. The Presidential Succession Law of 1947 covers that.

I appreciate you trying to come up with ideas, but we need realistic ones that the majority of Americans would support.
