"The Los Angeles City Council votes today on a resolution that calls on Congress to amend the Constitution to clearly establish that “only living, breathing human beings are afforded Constitutional rights.” Corporations, by their measure, are not people. It does not address whether money is speech" - dylan ratigan website
I think this is a powerful way in which the people can cry out to congress through small government! Start a petition in your town for your city council! If this amendment was to pass wouldn't that also mean money isn't covered also?
bump for justice
