Those involved in occupations need to make a concerted effort to channel funds to food vendors, to support the small businesses that make up the 99% Malcolm X spoke of this and called it collective economics. Until we practice this we will never take ownership of our own neighborhoods and economy.

I PROPOSE WE USE FOOD DONATIONS TO #OCCUPYWALLST TO MAKE DEALS WITH VENDORS TO PROVIDE FOOD TO OCCUPIERS AND DEMONSTRATORS>

This kind of cooperation is necessary to begin the transformation of our relationship to small business economics, local economics, and JUST economics VS being CORPORATE FED.

We gotta keep commenting on the importance of this.....Anyone wanna talk about how we can begin the economic transition? are we really aware how ubiquitous corporations are in our lives? Should occupy be a platform for showing in practice how we can address some of these issues?
