A system where everyone is provided with their needs: food, shelter, clothing, travel and access to everything society has to offer, providing they choose to participate in building and maintaining the system. If they choose not to participate that is ok but they do not receive the benefits and have to fend for themselves.
In terms of power and decision-making. A system of raising issues and voting would have to be put in place so that any group within the human population can vote on whatever issue concerns them should the occasion arise.
This way power is diluted among everyone and no one has or will have the ability to have political or economic power over another. No need for governments, no need for money. There is no hierarchy of power so no opportunity for corruption. Either everybody owes everything or nobody owes anything. And either everybody leads or nobody leads.
Hi Landil, I just made a post on my thoughts, similar in some respects to yours, about a way forward that can evolve from our existing power corrupt representative democracy:

Glittering generalities. Give me specifics of how not just what, please.
Access to everything society has to offer? That sounds expensive. Who pays?
