Forum Post: Stimulate the economy, go after deadbeat parents!

Want to really move the wealth to where it belongs? Go after deadbeat parents. Not the ones who are unemployed or underemployed or one or two months behind. I'm talking the ones who are thousands of dollars behind, thumbing their noses at their kids and at the US courts. I am absolutely amazed at how lackadaisical this country is about enforcing child support. It's a huge joke. If someone doesn't feel like paying, they don't have to. If they're self employed and have a significant other to put everything in their name, there's really nothing the government can or will do. If we truly want to move money from the rich who don't deserve it to working parents who are fighting to make ends meet, why don't we increase the efforts to get these people?
