To start I want to say I'm so proud and inspired by you guys, people finally saying enough is enough. Please stay strong and others will rally to your cause, slowly but surely I know they will.
With that said I haven't been able to find a list of your demands anywhere. If you don't have them yet that is okay but please you should start to come up with some, I won't list any since I haven't yet joined you guys but I plan on doing so soon and I'll be happy to share some of mine.
Finally, once you have demands you need a way to get them to be met. I've noticed the other occupy groups popping up around the country, what I am going to suggest sounds a little extreme but it could prove effective. You should try hunger strikes. Hundreds of people starving them selves in the streets would be sure to get the attention of a lot of people, I also believe that it would be pretty symbolic in a way. It seems like you guys are starving for a change in democracy, it also would be symbolic of the 99% starving while the 1% feed their belly's.
Just some food for thought (you see what I did there?? eh?) =p Good luck, stay strong and I will be with you all as soon as I can be. THIS IS THE EVE OF CHANGE!!

Yes I have found the list and voted on them. I think it is an excellent list. As for there being no clear leader I think this is both a good and a bad thing depending on how things develop, as long as everyone remains like minded and continue to do things democratically then yes it can work out for the best.
Gawdoftruth- Why don't you agree with a hunger strike? I'm curious to your concerns and reasons why you don't think it is a good idea. Just looking for a healthy debate on the subject.

lists of demands are being generated if you look closer, ghandikingdude reposts them every 30 threads or so. I don't agree with a hunger strike.

The party on behalf of others pocket must be over. Finance transaction tax. Welcome it. Europe does it.
I totally agree, a hunger strike would get alot of attention, especially if it takes place in the multiple areas of protest throughout the country. Also the list is a good one, if we can continue to organize and come together this will have alot of positive forward motion. The catch though is that what makes this protest so beautiful is the fact there is no clear leader. It that it is a pure proletariat uprising. Its about the 99% finally coming together.
Thank you very much! And a hunger strike will be one of our most powerful tools if we can rally the numbers.

This is the list. You can vote on them here. I have thought about a hunger strike also, but I think we need more support first and use that as an escalation once they refuse the large group
Why is the link to that not prominent on occupywallst.org homepage? Also, I find the way it works to be confusing ... much more confusing than voting machines. And finally, I think it's not so good that the word "fuck" appears in some of the discussions of the issues there. Not that I'm against the word itself, but generally when it's used, it's a sign that heated anger won over cool reasoning, and that makes it easy to ignore as a rant rather than a really well thought out reason. Just sayin ...
yeah I tried to make the point that there should be some debate over what to put on that list (instead of just note taking) and that there needs to be a tab on this website to find the list. I would say many of the "demands" are totally unrealistic and the indecisive, disorganized nature of this movement will lead to its ultimate downfall. But I must say in leu of all these points, I still appreciate the spirit of what they are trying to do, and that anything is better than the silence of the American people up to this point.
Yes, it's much better than nothing, and thank you so much for trying to make things better!
The movement is disorganized, true. However, it is clear that people are upset, and there is little action from the government and business leaders to change anything for the better. At least this movement is trying to do something.
