Forum Post: SS Rip

This content is user submitted and not an official statement

SS payroll is tax deducted from even the smallest paychecks to build the Social Security Trust Fund.

Congress and presidents borrow and spend the entire fund as fast as it accumulates. Therefore bought and paid for benefits must be paid from general tax revenues that Congress budgets each year with input and approval by the president.

Congress and president give tax cut almost exclusively to highest income entities. The deficit grows and Congress and president cut SS benefits paid for in advance mostly by the lowest income Americans.

In America, politicians rob the poor to further enrich the master class.

If you need proof of these conservative crimes you're a fucking moron!

"... the federal government has borrowed all of that trust fund money and spent it, exactly as Krauthammer asserted. And the only way the trust fund can get some cash to pay Social Security benefits is if the federal government draws it from general revenues..."

Social Security is not an "entitlement" in the sense that someone is getting something for nothing. It is a PAID for benefit that workers pay into their entire working lives. So, in the literal sense of the word, damn straight, workers are ENTITLED to Social Security!

Some very minor changes, yes, tiny little tax increases would make the system solvent for many decades to come, but the greedy little buggers just won't give it a consideration. It's like a genocide! Truly. If you take Social Security away from Americans, PEOPLE WILL DIE.

https://www.ssa.gov/news/press/factsheets/basicfact-alt.pdf

The Social Security Administration estimates that 21% of married couples and 43% of single seniors rely on Social Security for 90% or more of their income.

A rather simple and relatively painless solution is to eliminate the income ceilings on the FICA taxes. The conservatives have been badgering for a flat income tax for decades already. It's time to flatten the FICA taxes, giving them what they had paid lobbyists to badger for.

[-] 1 points by agkaiser (2552) from Fredericksburg, TX 6 years ago

It's breaks like the FICA ceiling that keep middle class repugnicants voting with the lunatic/fascist morons of the base voters in Trumpzania.

[-] 1 points by grapes (5232) 6 years ago

It's not quite the "middle class." It's more like the "affluent class" which helps with the enslavement. Every slave is chained to a mistress or a master.

I won't quibble over semantics.

Many members and wannabees of the bourgeoisie have their eyes on such inducements to conservative perfidy.

"Blut und Sippe," nein, "Urin und Schlückchen," doch.

Where is trumpery's tax return? Yeah, IRS still hasn't finished its audit, of course. It needs more one-sucks UNIVAC power for quantitative easing before using the bidét. What a terrible constipation this kid has. "Gott ohne Scheiße!" There's a culture which believes that gold is the shit of the gods. What is it?

Yeah, the Loser must have come by! That's how we lost our ability to play our recorded Christmas songs sung by us. If Jesus is God, did God die when Jesus died on the Cross? What happened to the souls trying to enter through the Pearly Gates during those few days? Does God need to be alive for anyone to enter Heaven? Who is the entrance ticket agent? Was it St. Peter, really? If so, what happened to the souls trying to enter through the Pearly Gates before St. Peter stood guard there? Can God die? The definition of death is the cessation of life. If God never ever dies, the likeliest possibility is that God never lives. Life is electric fire burning slowly in water. It's hard to maintain "an eternal flame," people know how hard life is.

If Allah is one and the same as God, why did Jesus seem to be such a lover of fine wines as recorded in the Bimbo ( first miracle of His: making fine wine out of water; before going to Calvary, commanding during the Last Supper His disciples to drink wine in remembrance of Him ) but Islam bans alcohol. While the U.S. was banning alcoholic drinks nationwide during the Prohibition, the command of Jesus to drink wine in remembrance of Him sustained the legal drinking of alcohol in the churches, as protected by the First Amendment. Yeah, church attendance was tremendous during the Prohibition !!!

New York State has many many apple trees. New York is nicknamed the "Big Apple." Why? Boston Red Sux 3000 won the World Series. Was the world-class Saudi Arabian team a formidable opponent in the consort affair? Yeah, when 1-800-HOT-HOTT Sandy came by, we were sleepless lying under her, again, and again, and again, and again,.. per trumpery instructions. Then we got really really cold without any heat, electricity, lights, water, etc. so some of us hid deep inside Penn. Station, a part of which is "blisteringly hot @1:10" but downright cozy on extremely cold nights for New York's climate-victim refugees seeking heat that is always on. Two Saudi sisters apparently died/were murdered to become a part of New York, New York. They reportedly requested political asylum. Before we had socialized waterworks, all the people in New York drank alcoholic apple cider to avoid water-borne illnesses because its alcohol killed off germs. New York had many people to be sustained by apple cider so many many apple trees had to be grown upstate to keep people healthy. How does the Islamic world handle this problem of water-borne illnesses while banning alcohol? In New York, the command of Jesus to drink an alcoholic beverage surely gave many many people healthy lives to live. Jesus saves!

I know that these water-borne illnesses were nasty because the neighbor across the open-sewerage drain had caught cholera and the authorities came by to spread quicklime around. Our family stuck with my Mom's rule that all water we consumed was either the boiled water cooled off in a Johnnie-Walker Black Label whisky bottle or the still extremely hot boiled water from a huge 5-pound-capacity thermos bottle. She told me that I as a preschooler should never even try to get the hot water from the thermos bottle myself and I should ask an adult for help instead due to the danger of being scalded. I obeyed. It wasn't hard because I tended to overheat so I generally preferred room-temperature or cold drinks. Coca-Cola was great but freshly squeezed orange juice at a wedding banquet was heavenly! I turned them into the liquid-gold offerings in the People's Temple which I surely go to worship more than five times a day nowadays. The U.S. is surely the world's most religious country because the most-capital intensive rooms in an American home tend to be the kitchen and the People's Temple. We, being the real socialists who had experienced the physical-weight-reduction En-lighten-ment ( Dad had his "see-the-light" moment of becoming enamored of the running hot water in a free-of-charge public U.S. restroom; I was therefore preconditioned to expect great things in the People's Temples,) knowing better than the so-called socialist Europeans, support public waterworks and don't even charge admission fees to worship in our temples, the most numerous in the world! If you come to visit us, get adequate support in terms of shelters, food, money or credit/debit cards, friends, and local people who may help guide you although many are under heavy financial pressures so be understanding of the "time is money is survival" mindset. Be sure to check out our People's Temples to worship (more than five times a day to win): Shit away, World!

New York is indeed a rather expensive city, though not the most but it IS up there. There are very cheap places, too, but you definitely need the local people or prior visitors who can direct you to them. For food, Chinatown in Manhattan and a bit out-of-the-way-from-Manhattan but very very buzzling Flushing in Queens are very cheap and cheap, respectively, and rather good quality in certain restaurants. Lodging in the non-Manhattan [or "outer" - New York has Manhattan-centric legacy so "The City" means what had started in lower and southern Manhattan generally the borough of Manhattan, everywhere else is "outer"] boroughs can save you much in sheltering expense. Just about everyone - rich or poor, unless you're an orange-utan - rides the subway because it's a fast way to cut through the ~9-mph city surface traffic in Manhattan and avoid the terrible car-parking problems, and it can also get you fairly quickly to glitzy Manhattan if you don't lodge too far out.

We have as the legacy of our fundamentalist foray into banning alcoholic drinks (similar to Islam, yeah?): the [non-]U.S. [non-]Federal [No-]Reserve, its creating money out of thin air, the persistent inflation, eating away dollar-denominated wealth, except during the now-ritualized rite of financial panics, federal income taxes, Internal Revenue Service, annual tax returns' preparation, tax auditing by the IRS, etc. Due to the eternal auditing or ¿emoluments?, the kid has been for more than two years shitless! How did the prior gods of the porcelain bowl solve the same problem? They often used blind trusts. They close their eyes and cast the roundish dehydrated bombs away!

Why couldn't this constipated kid use a blind trust, too? Right, right, right!!! He felt that there was too much up there in his rectum and emoluments (are they ¿glycerin enema?) couldn't work blindly without the trumpery brand's guidance. Yeah, suck up "the gold we trust," the shit of the gods. Anal Rehydration Therapy works wonders, anytime now! Ng, Ng, NG !!!

Did our Christmas songs disappear after the burglar of our home had stolen our magnetic audiotape recorder and player? Bye-bye, miss American pie!

I agree with everything you say. I know that exposition of the imminent ripoff is the way to win the hearts and minds of those dependent on SS and Medicare to survive. At 72 years seniority as a human being in America, I know what I depend on for survival and it's SS/Medicare.

The cons of both parties are complicit in robbing the poor to further enrich the ruling class. Demonstrating that is what we must do to survive the rule of sociopathic morons that's threatening the survival of the human race in these neo-feudal times.

Decreasing the military budget would be another option for funding all the things we need in America. But through fear mongering the oligarchs have convinced so many in the masses that what we need to fund is a bloated military for defense against all the "others."

We have 800 military bases in the world. Such a waste. And, it's a negative thing for all of our karma as well, that we work to pay for violence rather than for things that would sustain our humanity in a positive way.

[-] 1 points by grapes (5232) 6 years ago

The ONLY thing keeping this country from descending into abysmal chaos is the credibility of our military supremacy that can protect the global economy from crashing big-time but cutting our military budget MUST be done and done very carefully by delegating the regional responsibilities to regional consortia formed from the regional beneficiaries.

Let us review what we had received for our global military commitments. Our military intervention saved Saudi Arabia from being conquered by Saddam Hussein so they lured and murdered our Washington Post journalist. ISIL murdered James Foley, a U.S. photojournalist. Both are frontal assaults on our First-Amendment rights. Our troops are eradicating ISIL exercising our Second-Amendment right. Our troops also liberated Kuwait. Yes, even the Kuwaitis hated our guts and despised us from deep down inside alright. Islam's intolerant "religious" teachings is the crux of the matter. Even the reactions born of these intolerant "religious" teachings are intolerant. Islam is far more than a religion because it advocates political and civic religious controls. As such, its militant version does not warrant protection under our First Amendment. We are a secular nation. Very few Middle Eastern countries are truly secular that do not despise our beer-drinking (I doubt very much that Muslims don't make their own alcoholic drinks in secrecy; I remember that at one time the bunch of grapes I forgot I had put at the back of the refrigerator turned alcoholic but I still ate them because I was not well off so Muslims never eat rotten grapes then?) porn-watching (Muslims freed from Shari'a control love it secretly, too; it's why they will like our "un-Islamic" Co-sseks Brotherhood's bachelor/bikini dig-a-hole parties -- the new Better Business Bureau is Beers, Babes, Bros) pussy-grabbing ways. We have just completed installing pussy-grabbers in ALL three branches of our federal government for "checks (have you paid up to our politicians yet?) and balance (how much does your bank account still have?)" so yeah.. it'll be sexy fun time going forward.

We have the Shittoad occupying the People's Temple that doesn't even have a bidét for "Gott mit uns" baptism with fire. Oh, remember how Iraqi oil would pay for the war the U.S. and others fought to liberate Iraq from Saddam Hussein. What happened? We got roadside bombings with IED's killing our troops and trillion dollars spent. Who sits in Iraqi parliament, hmm? Yep, the leaders of the militias which set the roadside IED's. Oh, we need to help them rebuild their country because we had broken it, right? Remember what senior Bush said about Iraqis fighting for their own freedom from Saddam Hussein and what he actually didn't do -- supporting the Shia uprising. He held back U.S. troops to keep their country intact.

Our so-called influence bought through much blood, sweat, tears, and treasures is worth nearly nothing. In fact, things have gotten even worse than when Saddam Hussein was torturing the people(s) there. Iran has gotten its pains-in-its-butt removed by the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the U.S. near-absence in Syria so it has almost completed a land bridge all the way to the Mediterranean Sea to confront Israel, too. What a big fucking mess! I understand why the countries there wanted a U.S. presence so that the fistula doesn't go queesh but the Shittoad only knows jackshit, isn't it obvious to everyone by now? The U.S. should return to neutrality and just trade, with a "big stick" held close behind to protect our trade routes, NOT China's, unless it "plays fairly."

Laser beams blinding pilots in U.S. aircraft landing at airbase (to secure China's oil supply, too! WTF,) exploding satellite in space polluting it endangering ALL future space endeavors, and building artificial islands in the sea to manufacture sovereignty are all provocative and polluting the Global Commons so we had better finish off China's CCP and its militant arm the PLA here on Earth before the gateway to space to return home is closed off forever. CCP pollutes.

On the fundamental level, the U.S. is INCOMPATIBLE with ALL monotheistic religion-dominated intolerant countries. We should wind down our troops overseas after having trained the regional moral stabilizing forces to take over. We have such global reach and power that we can quash just about anything that we find disgusting and intolerable even without that many military bases (I doubt very much that there are still 800 of them extant because the U.S. has been reducing them; besides, some may just sound more impressive than they truly are -- a university dormitory room's closet with spying equipments is counted as a military base! How much money will its closing save? Yeah, we'll miss the porn recordings for the NSA folk to watch to protect U.S. security against the F-14 Tomcats screeching incessantly at the bleeding edge between her thighs but moneywise, not that much saved) Let it be known and done that the U.S. must slaughter the evil ones. Say what we do and do what we say. Bikini-Party membership requires one to wank (peace, bursting with orange juice and sunshine.) Our destiny is to haunt the Old World. Stand guard for our Monroe Doctrine. Project our National power worldwide where Greater America awaits. Human rights start at home (foreign assassins had killed people here and escaped so we must go after them anywhere and everywhere) and end where no human is.

Remember always: oil is a conveniently packaged highly portable high-energy-density carrier of Gibbs free energy but electricity is pure Gibbs free energy. Arizona utilities were badgering the state's regulators to let them charge solar-electricity producers fees for managing and stabilizing the electricity network because on sunny days, Arizona could generate so much solar electricity that it threatened to overload and crash their electricity network. The rest of the U.S. can certainly use this excess electricity if it can be brought out of Arizona. Alternatively, we can put synthetic oil production facilities there to package its excess electricity into the oil form to reduce oil import. Anyways, an embarrassment of riches can be solved. When Sweden had too much nuclear-power-generated electricity, its people installed electric baseboard heating in their homes. It seemed to be such an unimaginative waste of 100% pure Gibbs free energy because it could do far better things than producing heat but it certainly solved the excess electricity problem. Yeah, I remember driving behind some old fart who had their car's braking lights on most of the time. It's a waste of their car's gasoline. They obviously used a foot on each pedal: one for the brake and the other one for the accelerator, at the same time while driving.

The U.S. fiscal and monetary policies are currently in this old-fart-driven state: left foot braking through the Federal Reserve and right foot accelerating through the ill-timed tax cut. The old fart obviously sees a slippery curve coming up ( $1,000,000,000,000+ deficit every year as far as the eyes can see! Venezuela's economy seems to be our goal so let me give some useful tips here to my people: before toilet tissue paper existed, our forefathers used the bigger tree leaves; ash from burning dried leaves if wetted forms soap with tallow or other fat or oil; before laundry detergent existed, the ancient Romans used urine for cleaning their clothing [ keeping each person's urine separately in a one-gallon plastic milk container can avoid contagion because urine is an o r g a n i c PERSONAL blood filtrate, there are commercially available female-to-male urinals to convert female genital to become like a male's with a spout; even if unused for cleaning clothes, it can still help clean a modern-day flush-toilet bowl by one's brush-swishing the bowl clean after peeing, then flush while rinsing the toilet brush near the end of the flush ]; urine supplies ISS with drinking water, everyone is equipped with a natural [ this fact alone convinced me of the existence of the Benevolent Providence -- it was so difficult to solve the long-term water shortage in space! ] osmosis membrane in their rectum to do the same so in a severe pinch such as a safe drinking water cutoff with no bleach available for disinfecting water, urine when diluted with collected likely non-sanitized rainwater for example, can help quench thirst using a syringe going up the rectum; if diluted, urine becomes a great fertilizer for the plants; with wine it forms polyurethane for sealing wooden things and giving them a water-repellent golden sheen; it can even make poison gas; urine is a truly versatile liquid gold! "Urin und Schlückchen," nicht "Blut und Sippe" ) but still wants to shoot through it at high speed. Kaboom, eh?

Of course, this old fart probably didn't see far enough ahead to anticipate the potential overheating of the economy. The economy is like a campfire. Any sensible person wouldn't pour a bucket of liquid oxygen on it when it's burning steadily and then seize the fire extinguisher to control the resulting conflagration. The U.S. economy is not a freak show ( oh, I forgot that we have a reality-show star, Herr Shittoad, who knows how to jack shit, pooping in the People's Temple so schlürfen wir die Scheiße gut; maybe it IS a freak show ) being produced for a YouTube audience but apparently the Retards are indeed extremely stupid and/or malevolent old farts. Yeah, (as predicted before the tax cut) Social Security/Medicaid/Medicare are now on the chopping block.

Yep. That would be a great start. Fear of other and the resulting MIC are one of the diseases that afflict us. But most don't even see the symptoms much less the disease. I want to show them the truth; to push their faces in the shit they're floundering in!

These are frustrating times. The very people who need Social Security and Medicare to live on in retirement are the same ones voting in politicians whose goal is to gut those very programs.

Free to carry your guns, free to hate, free to have no health insurance, free to have no living wage and free to have nothing in retirement. Free-dumb! This Stockholm Syndrome has been cultivated for decades and educating people to break free from it is the most difficult task! Agreed!

I think that's been moving into past tense startin' forty or more years ago.

"I've seen the future, brother: it is murder...." Leonard Cohen

"The Future"

Give me back my broken night my mirrored room, my secret life it's lonely here, there's no one left to torture Give me absolute control over every living soul And lie beside me, baby, that's an order! Give me crack and anal sex Take the only tree that's left and stuff it up the hole in your culture Give me back the Berlin wall give me Stalin and St Paul I've seen the future, brother: it is murder.

Things are going to slide, slide in all directions Won't be nothing Nothing you can measure anymore The blizzard, the blizzard of the world has crossed the threshold and it has overturned the order of the soul When they said REPENT REPENT I wonder what they meant When they said REPENT REPENT I wonder what they meant When they said REPENT REPENT I wonder what they meant

You don't know me from the wind you never will, you never did I'm the little jew who wrote the Bible I've seen the nations rise and fall I've heard their stories, heard them all but love's the only engine of survival Your servant here, he has been told to say it clear, to say it cold: It's over, it ain't going any further And now the wheels of heaven stop you feel the devil's riding crop Get ready for the future: it is murder

Things are going to slide ...

There'll be the breaking of the ancient western code Your private life will suddenly explode There'll be phantoms There'll be fires on the road and the white man dancing You'll see a woman hanging upside down her features covered by her fallen gown and all the lousy little poets coming round tryin' to sound like Charlie Manson and the white man dancin'

Give me back the Berlin wall Give me Stalin and St Paul Give me Christ or give me Hiroshima Destroy another fetus now We don't like children anyhow I've seen the future, baby: it is murder

Things are going to slide ...

When they said REPENT REPENT ...
