Can we get a set of attorneys to demonstrate the way in which the bill[s] can be used to stifle free speech?

IF we can show how that may happen, perhaps we can get pressure to eliminate the weaknesses while protecting the rights of copyright holders.

well yeah - I was thinking that they might undertake the project as a matter of civic duty - especially since much of the problems with the US stems directly from legalese . . .
