"Everything depends on who you think you are, and what you are trying to do.

If your objective is to live a life of peace, joy, and love, violence does not work. This has already been demonstrated.

If your objective is to live a life of good health and great longevity, consuming dead flesh, smoking known carcinogens, and drinking volumes of nerve-deadening, brain-frying liquids does not work. This has already been demonstrated.

If your objective is to raise offspring free of violence and rage, putting them directly in front of vivid depictions of violence and rage for years does not work. This has already been demonstrated.

If your objective is to care for Earth, and wisely husband her resources, acting as if those resources are limitless does not work. This has already been demonstrated.

If your objective is to discover and cultivate a relationship with a loving God, so that religion can make a difference in the affairs of humans, then teaching of a god of punishment and terrible retribution does not work. This, too, has already been demonstrated.

Motive is everything. Objectives determine outcomes. Life proceeds out of your intention. Your true intention is revealed in your actions, and your actions are determined by your true intention. As with everything in life (and life itself), it is a circle.

Humans do not see this circle.

Instead of responding to what is so, Humans ignore it.

Instead of telling the truth, always, Humans too often lie-to themselves as well as to others.

Instead of doing what they say, Humans say one thing and do another.

Deep down you know that something is wrong—that you intended to “go to Seattle,” but you are in “San Jose.” You see the contradictions in your behaviors, and you are truly ready now to abandon them. You see clearly both what is so, and what works, and you are becoming unwilling any further to support divisions between the two.

Yours is a race awakening. Your time of fulfillment is at hand.

You need not be discouraged by what you have heard here, for the groundwork has been laid for a new experience, a larger reality, and all this was merely preparation for it. You are ready now to step through the door."

We are tearing down too many trees which is needed to absorb the carbon monoxide in our air in order to create a land to raise our mutated cattle. These trees, in order to fully be capable of absorbing the toxins in our air, need centuries of time to grow. We are putting chemicals in our land, as well as in the food we feed this cattle, which is poison to our bodies. We are advertising the consumption of destructive foreign substances to our people. We are creating anti-viruses that are doing what our body should be doing which has cultivated the growth of viruses that stand ready to knock out our entire species. We are messing with the biochemical foundations of our natural cycles.

can't remember the name of the guy who said this, but i'll paraphrase, "England is doomed when we run out of wale oil, everything runs on wale oil" he was a precursor to what most of you lefties are. anti-growth. but you don't get it growth streamlines, educates, inspires, science marches forward. We didn't leave the stone age because we ran out of stones, and we didn't stop will wale oil because of running out either" invention dummies, Capitalism is Creative Destruction. That is its beauty.

I'm sorry, I tried to understand if you are neutral, nay, or yea on my post.

But, out of what I could understand, yes. I agree. If used wisely, with respect to all species of life in our Earth System, we could use capitalism to create new ways of doing things we have been doing which is destructive to our resources.

However, if we want to stay on this planet for more than another some centuries, we have ALOT of work to do.

i'm sorry but i don't trust the people who embrace this kind of stuff. Global Warming and the demise of Earth's ecosystem is two things. Firstly, blown way out of proportion. Secondly it plays oh so well into the hands of those that want top down authority over everything, they tried in the last century, but people saw through the rich vs. us rouse. but this environment stuff is like their holy grail.

It's cool, you don't have to trust me. Just know that I'm not into primitve behaviors including unfairness, exploitation, and lies. It just doesn't function and it will blow up in our faces. It's not a matter of morals, it's just what works.

But it's ok. People aren't ready for it. Until we evolve, no one will be.

we are all people, we are all fallible, and this is human nature. life is unfair always, always will be. And i am not ready to hand over my sovereign nation to a world body, never going to happen. never

Lol. Dude, that's what I'm saying. No one is ready to evolve. So it won't work for a long time. I know how people can be. I live in Miami.
