BIOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL ORIGIN However, a number of positive forces are working today in search of a world in which we can live better. To maintain this trend virtuous, we must first strengthen the knowledge of who we really are, enabling us to overcome the current Human Ego-System, to achieve the real workings of a possible Eco-System, culminating in the creation of a new democracy, a new global social system, multi-dimensional, multi-polar, multi-ethnic and multi-cultural composed of a variety of local, regional and global institutions of governance that allows us all to move forward in achieving a more equitable sharing of wealth worldwide, and with the imagination and creativity to achieve means to protect the freedom of their own excesses and their enemies, bequeathing a protected environment to future generations and using all forms of knowledge accumulated to date to generate new ways of living to create the world we all want. From the very origin of life, cooperation not domination has been the key to evolution. But contrary to conventional science has been telling us, evolution is not random or predetermined but rather a clever dance between organism and environment. Recent advances in biology show us how our collective beliefs within the culture or society, affecting both our personal biology and our personal behavior. We all want to fix the world, whether we realize it or not. On a conscious level, many of us feel inspired to save the planet for altruistic or ethical reasons. On an unconscious level, our efforts to serve as administrators of the Earth are driven by a deep programming of our most fundamental behavior, known as the biological imperative, our instinct to survive.
