I get this even from the small amount of employees I have as if they're entitled to the entire place, no sympathy whatsoever. The problem is now the workers also. Small Businesses CAN NOT grow and prosper in an environment that is so toxic where the govt and the workers suck the life out of the business.
we know..im a boss too the world is changing...only stupidos blame small buisness..take it easy..your workers got no right to hurt you your probably a good boss right? dont worry so much just carry on like usuall leave the evolution to us..your doin your part just by being a good boss and employing people..a good heart is the most valubale quality of all peace
