Hello,
in my opinion the speed in stock trades is the reason for most of the problems. It's time to slow it down. I propose the 50 hours rule. If you hold stocks for more then 50 hours you don't pay a transaction tax. For every hour before the 50th you pay one percent more e.g. 50% in the first hour. important: the tax should be on the value not on the earnings
