Corporations should not be afforded the same rights as people under the Constitution of the United States.
They should not be. Corporations are extensions of government power. They are entities that are endowed with power from the government through the granting of a charter. These powers include having legal existence that is indefinite and independent as well as limited liability of the corporation's shareholders, i.e., shareholders have no liability beyond their investment.
Corporations are to governments what governments are to people. Put differently, people authorize and bestow power on government by grants of constitutional authority, and government, using that delegated power, authorizes and bestows power on corporations by grants of charter authority. Corporations are derivative of government which is in turn derivative of people. Bestowing "rights" on corporations is the equivalent of bestowing rights on government as against people. It is anti-democratic and incompatible with all notions of popular sovereignty.
teach the people how the banking and monetary system works and good people will fix everything and evil will disappear from the earth
Sure they should - we have plenty of electric chairs available as well. There's a moral problem with the 'profit-motivated' citizen. They are quite obliged to operate fraudulently for the sake of profit, if the legal costs to do so seem manageable. They're system does not require a 'goody-goody' approach.
they are not afforded anything under the constitution of the United States of America. they just buy their way around, because We the People allow them to use our credit/wealth without our knowledge.
Henry Ford once said " It is well enough that the people of this nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning"... Well Henry, tomorrow morning has arrived Because the American people now know how the banking and monetary systems work in this country and I am one of them. I know where the wealth of the American people is hidden!
Please assume a leadership role. People need to understand fractional reserve banking, Collateralized debt obligations, Credit default swaps, and leverage.
I am unfortunately outside the united States of America, therefore could not do such a thing. but you are exactly right, the people need to understand the banking system and the laws that govern how to access their wealth being held by the government. Being held for lack of claim and lack of claim only! Every American with a birth certificate of one of the 50 states is a millionaire and they dont even know it!!
Good point, part of the wealth belongs to every citizen.
exactly, every one of We the People is a share holder in the Corporation known as the united States of America. We dont pay taxes we should receive them because corporate UNITES STATES is a multi bazillion dollar corporation.
