I'd like your comments on the following line of reasoning:

1) The Supreme Court in Hertz Corp. v. Friend, No. 08-1107, stated that Corporations are citizens of the state in which it's "nerve center" resides. (this is one of several decisions that recognize the Corporation as a Citizen, with many of the rights of a Citizen.

2) The Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which prohibits involuntary servitude, normally considered to by the buying and selling of their services, or 'Debt Servitude"

SO if Corporations are Citizens, and Citizens cannot be bought and sold, does this make Stockholders the same as Slaveholders - and thus: is "Wall Street" - buying and selling stocks, that is buying and selling the servitude of 'Corporate Citizens' - prohibited by the Supreme Court?

Any cause for action here? Gives your law students something to work on while you Occupy!
