Reverse Contracts of Adhesion would allow goals of the movement to transfer from the streets to boardrooms. Corporations survive by selling us things. In controlling the terms of sales transactions, consumers can change corporate activity.
In other words, negotiating first and making their acceptance of payment as consent to the negotiation. Good, but each transaction needs a separate negotiation then.
Like other contracts of adhesion, the terms are on a take-it-or-leave-it basis. There is no negotiation.
It would work some of the time.
The contract terms could include a clause that requires the corporation to only purchase materials or services from other corporations that meet the terms of the contract. Then it should go viral.
