The mayor considers himself as the Shepard of the Sheeple and every time one of his Sheeple fall out from under the spell of the corporate media and join OWS that is another missing from his flock now every good Shepard knows that if you loose all of your Sheeple you'll be out of a job.
I think "shepherd" is the word your looking for.
When is spell check going ot recognize Sheeple?
