Okay. Let's cut to the chase. A hair dresser's shop was attacked by gun fusillade. This is Orange County, California and the man was involved in a custodial case in Orange County matrimonial court either at Lamoreaux or Civic Center Drive. The way the court runs its family cases can easily lead to murder. The court picks its favored side typically by who the favorite attorney is. Then, a charlatan psychologist is appointed to produce a bogus custodial evaluation. Then, a lawyer for the child is appointed to skew things further. The case is fabricated by the appointed professionals against the loser as it goes along. Additional suffering is inflicted by the court. The man's child support amount may be doubled or tripled. His home may be attached via a deed flip. He may be hit with a gag order whereby he cannot talk to anyone about the injustice happening to him in court. Ultimately, anything can happen and here it did.
Do not be fooled by Seal Beach articles in the press. These appear to mask the etiology of this murderous rampage. Favorite lawyers and their connected judges in Orange County appear to have caused all this: an injustice cloaked by the dignity of a court that shows how right something can be when it is so wrong. That's the irony that yielded the murder.
Interesting topic - but here, on this site? Anyway, Orange county has had to pay out millions because of corruption in the very secretive family court.
Of course this kind of information must go on this site. Remember that Wall Street is a pool of funds and brains for the fed and the fed is made up of three parts: the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. Federal funds go to pay for family court policy enforcement that destroy middle class families and that is exactly why OWS exists - to protest the flow of federal funds for destructive purposes.
