Rick Santorum has demonstrated, yet again, his willingness to associate with people whose views are repugnant to most Americans. This afternoon he appeared on one of the most extreme Religious Right programs in the country – American Family Radio’s Focal Point with Bryan Fischer.
That brings us to Rick Santorum, who is hoping today’s appearance on American Family Radio will help him reach right-wing voters in Alabama, Mississippi and Kansas – the next states to vote in the GOP primary. He even gave a shout-out to the Deep South at the top of the interview: “We spent yesterday in Mississippi and Kansas and today we’re in Alabama. I’ll tell ya, there’s just nothing friendlier than the Deep South. We’re just enjoying the heck out of it here.”

That's because the Deep South is constantly bombarded by right wing radio hypno-toad propaganda.
I think the radio bombardment is "effect" more than "cause."
Just another clown in the american political circus.
Both of them are seriously flawed.
Moderate Republicans (yes, they do exist. I know several.) and most independents most likely wouldn't vote for this guy. They would probably hold their noses and vote for Romney or simply not vote at all.
As far as being in the deep south, I've been there once and just as soon not go back. We're not each others cup of tea, shall we say.
"I hope Neil Young will remember...Southern man don't need him around anyhow"
I know they are out there.
Now, I'm going to have that song stuck in my head.
Sorry, GF. How about "That's Just The Way It Is" by Bruce Hornsby? That should work.
LOL, thanks.
Somehow your definition of what is "extremist" doesnt fill me with confidence. To me, you Marxists are extremists. Who's right?
Well, I am of course. :D
What do you consider extreme?
Marxism, anarchism,Stalinism, Maoism, the democrat and republican parties...
Right, ok then.........
Love Fest - Haahahahahooohoohoohoohehehe.
Is Sanatorium a closet - Supremacist?
What is really funny is how these guys of the same party are going after each other.
Is there a confusion in the greedy corrupt community as to which direction they need to take?
Funny if it were not also sad. The mask is off and they are running around like a chicken with it's head cut-off.
They make no bones about whom they target. Then they get upset when they aren't well received.

It is a form of social blindness. What who - ME? No that was the other guy. Me? Well I am ah..er............
Innit?
It is a never ending cycle.
I think it has something to do with a lack of education in the formative years. Social awareness, awareness of others, understanding that other people are exactly that other ( than self ) people ( just like self ). I believe it also involves lack of proper discipline in the up-bringing.
