I pledge allegiance to the scam known as the Corporations of America. And to the immunity for which they stand, fictitious persons, above the law, buying power, with politicians and judges on call.

"The problem is the socialist model for the top 1% - tax breaks for GE. A tax code that taxes the return of income earned abroad. Bailouts for banks and insurance companies. The lack of a financial services transaction tax; we get taxed on everything that we do."

You just made my argument. The entire concept of corporations has always run amok. They need to be severely restrained in their behavior and they have to be faced with dis-incorporation for egregious crimes. Their senior management including the BOD needs to be held personally liable for actions taken by them in the name of the corporation. I can cite you scores of instances where corporate directors and CEO's made decisions which they calculated would cost people their lives as a part of doing business. Their deliberate homicides carried no personal, criminal liability. That is the corporate model. Take away the personal immunity. Scrap the corporate model. If you want to sit at the helm of a large business enterprise then you should have to be subject to the downside risks of bad corporate behavior. That is not so today and it has never been so.

Not true, respectfully. "Corporations" are not the problem. In fact, we need more corporations and companies in the United States - we need more new businesses in the United States.

The problem is the socialist model for the top 1% - tax breaks for GE. A tax code that taxes the return of income earned abroad. Bailouts for banks and insurance companies. The lack of a financial services transaction tax; we get taxed on everything that we do.

Corporations exist in every country and are not evil in and of themselves.
