I've heard enough bad stuff about RP to know his downsides. His stance on the Federal Reserve, foreign policy, and drug law are what would win my vote and I think many of his votes. To be a real candidate that OWS would embrace, he would need to prove he is anti corporate power and that he would favor the poor as he slashed taxes. But I think we've all heard the pro and con arguments.
Can't america produce someone qualified to run against Obama? I'd kinda like to see RonPaul win the primaries JUST to see him debate Obama. One politician or the other politician, maybe they can be played off of each other to get something done.
I leave you with a video of american politics in 3000: http://www.comedycentral.com/videos/index.jhtml?videoId=147821
We have people like Warren and Sanders but they don't get cult followings. You only get that if you're an extremist apparently.
All they would have to do is make sensational claims, and when they get called on it, make even more sensational claims.... rinse and repeat until the person bringing it up stops.
Idk. Apparently it takes Alex Jones' crackpot support to get a real following.
He stated last night that he was against crony capitalism.
