Project MK-ULTRA, or MKULTRA, was the code name for a covert CIA mind-control and chemical interrogation research program, run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence. The program began in the early 1950s, continuing at least through the late 1960s, and it used United States citizens as its test subjects. The published evidence indicates that Project MK-ULTRA involved the surreptitious use of many types of drugs, as well as other methods, to manipulate individual mental states and to alter brain function.

MKUltra is still alive and strong....unfortunately. Bill Clinton made a public apology some years back, but its still going.
If you have a strong mind, take a look at Cathy O'Brien's MKUltra life. She broke free. Its tough to watch, but the masses need to know how government works. We are not people to them, we are bar codes at best and pieces of meat at worst.

I've seen her a while back. Here's another, her name is "Svali". She's in hiding, but many respected people have vouched for her. Very difficult to listen to her because the torture was so extreme, but it sure does spell out how the levels of government and elite spread their tentacles into every city to do their bidding. Fair warning, this 9 part interview is shocking but very informative.
