In respect to our Constitutional Republic and its laws vested in the United States Constitution, we the Citizenry of the United States, hereby petition our national government under the First Amendment for the redress of grievances in regards to Title 36 U.S.C: Ch. 3, Sec. 302 where it declares that our national motto to be "In God We Trust". We, the Citizens of the United States believe in many faiths and entitled to our right of the freedom of conscience. This law clearly is in violation of the First Amendment where "Congress shall not make no law respecting an establishment of religion." In the 1956 Ruling, Congress clearly intentionally promoted Christianity on the basis of a perceived majority. We the People demand our motto to be formally changed back to "El Pluribus Unum" as a law.
Why not change it to: In occupy we trust
