I have read numerous complaints that OWS has no defined message.. Their correct... Its not enough to say that everyone has their own goals... You need some action items to advocate for.....

Here is one idea: Right now, we give Billions in Foreign Aid to Countries all around the world that openly states they hate us.. and yet we still give the money....

There is one bill in Congress related to the funding we give to the UN... U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen introduced United Nations Transparency, Accountability, and Reform Act (H.R. 2829).

The bill is not perfect, and won't address every ones needs, but its a good starting point...

My point.... We give Billions in Foreign aid every year to countries... Meanwhile, there are millions of American out of work, with no health coverage.... With the money we don't send to our adversaries, we could tell our Congresspeople to give the States more money.. They in turn could increase their funding of their Medicaid programs.. and open the program up to everyone who's out of work..... In NYS, there are three programs run by the state.. Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus & Mediciad... if everyone who is out of work was able to get FHP.. it would go a long way to helping those people.. and hundreds if not thousands of jobs in NYS would be saved thru the direct & indirect funding of those programs...

With nationwide unemployment at or above 9%, consistently... Don't we owe it to the displaced American worker????

Hi,

I've been shaping the political discussion in the U.S. for the past 8 years.

You can't take my word for that, of course, but my work is on the web for you

to see.

My methods predate blogging, much less Twitter.. and I'm told that my emails

were regularly forwarded to a quarter million people or more from the first

day.

I predicted the collapse of the U.S. Economy and the explosion of ID Theft in

late 2003.

At present I've got a readership of over 600,000 which includes a lot of key

decision makers across the world.

A movement has more impact with a spokesman solidly conversant with the issues

and with an ironclad determination to see them thru.

a "1,000 character limit" ? R We Kidding?!!

Help Me Help Us.?
