Rats Infest Occupy DC Camp, Food Tent Shut Down After Health Inspection. How can they tell the difference between the rats and the four legged rodents?

i've been to DC before and have seen rats in front of the white house . . . it's all the tourists leaving food around
This is a police state- they will always find some trumped up charge to use against you.
