these occupations bring up an important question about land. what is the land to us and how does that affect our way of life. Ownership of land has not always been the case in this country, or others. Systems of land ownership are means of redirecting money/wealth/power toward land owners etc. It is the same system at work. We must imagine means of reconsidering this relationship through direct actions. Can we occupy community gardens? Libraries? Parks? Bridges? Rivers? All of our public lands? THE LAND WILL PROTECT US.
