Are these kind of incidents coming to America?

Hi all, I'm Italian, but I currently live in Germany, Munich, where yesterday I took part to the 15-O. Great time, still not so many people around, guess that's because the precariousness of the situation is not so deeply perceveid as in other lands. I heard about the chaos in Rome, and am keeping up to date with the news. People in Italy are very frustrated because once again the @ssholes are in the newspapers, on TV, getting the whole attention. That's exactly what our ridicolous government needs in order to discredit the movement... Good news: in many, many other cities - Milan included - the protesters had a ball! Still - some of them manifested uneasiness about the nature/future of Occupy: every single guy in the crowd is convinced that it's game over for this system, but the ideas about what to do next are very confused. It is common opinion that we have get rid of the mummies in Parliament - well, that's old news, but no solution... That's all for now! - hasta la victoria siempre! ;) f
It would be great if all these movements joined together.
From the AP:
http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/rome-protest-corporate-greed-turns-violent-14743856
"Italian riot police fired tear gas and water cannons in Rome on Saturday as violent protesters hijacked a peaceful demonstration against corporate greed."
At least the AP is clearly separating 15o from the madmen.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-15324736
"Other protesters tried to restrain the rioters but the violence spread and ..."
That makes me feel a little bit better, that more intelligent protesters tried to step in. I hate that when people get angry they think they have to break something. Italy's in a very precarious situation, economically; much worse than the US. They - and Greece, Spain, Portugal - need this protest every bit as much as we do, if not more.
Probably Black-flag provacateurs...courtesy of the 1%.
Actually, the folks in Italy are only more desperate than we are. Hopefully the 1% will get the idea before we here in the States get too desperate too.
They always do that in Europe.
There've a few protests like that in Italy in the past couple of years.
See also, Greece, France and London.
No, France has no trouble anymore, and we were 16, 000 in Paris.
Good, glad to hear it.
Some news to assert my position :

No tension between Police and Protesters, Puerta del Sol, Spain : http://ep00.epimg.net/politica/imagenes/2011/05/21/actualidad/1305999838_462379_1306000341_normal.jpg

It's true. Why is that?
Just like they know what good food & good wine really is, they know how to throw a friggin' good protest, too. (just in case any FBI informants are watching, I'm joking, I'm joking! I detest violence!)
lol
That and I think they still believe that the government should fear the people instead of the people fearing the government.
Only if the powderkeg is big enough.
Be thankful that the US only has firecrackers.
No, it's a thug infiltration go Euronews to see them, in "no comment" part.
Oh yeah that too.
Another link, medias in Europe don't speak a lot about the movement ;
