If anyone wants to get anything done, there needs to be a structure. You can’t organize in an unorganized manner if you expect your plan to work. If you want to protest against highly organized organizations, then you must do the same. If a democracy, a true democracy is what you want, then lead by example. To find a leader in this movement, there should be an election. Show them the correct way to campaign to raise awareness that it can be done without the help of finances from within the economy. You may ask, “how do we do this without money?” The answer is the internet. The internet is full of possibilities that come with little expense.
Add a section to this website formed from people with resumes that show they have the credentials they need to lead. Allow people who support this movement to vote for the people they think can do it. Within that, form another structure that does not have just one person on the top. Have representatives from each part of the country to communicate with each other to make plans. Below them, you can have other people organizing different parts. Run it like a company or government in the way the companies and governments should be run. From this will spring ideas. These ideas will be about how much we can change and how many things work in the way they are already being run. We cannot simply tear down a structure that has been in place for this long completely and start something new; we change what we can to make it better. If you do anything more than that initially, not just the people that are on top will be losing their jobs and finances, but the structure of our society would crumble. You have to make small changes first before you can change the picture as a whole. Think about it this way: If you are going to make a sandwiches and have a limited amount of variety in resources to make it, throwing away everything that is already there would leave you with no food at all. What you need to do is eat the sandwiches you have so you can still have your meal. In the meantime, if you build a bakery, start a garden, and start a farm, you will have as many sandwiches with as many variations as you would like. You may not like the way the sandwich tasted at first or having to put up with the same thing while your projects are beginning, but there isn’t much to be done about it until you begin building. No one is going to do it for you if they can’t benefit, but if you show everyone how they will benefit from helping you build the bakery, build the garden, and build the farm, there will be a sandwich that everyone will enjoy.
In other words, instead of just speaking about the things you don’t like, you need to point out ways that it could be better and propose ways of doing that. We already have seen a lot of what is wrong in society, but they haven’t changed it yet. If that is the case then there is no one working on it, or there is nothing to be done about it at this point in time that they can think of or want to try. The government and organizations are all people too, not just nouns and villains. This means that instead of just complaining to them about what they are doing wrong, you should tell them what they could be doing better. It is easy to ignore complaints when you have no solutions, but it is impossible to ignore solutions that would actually work when presented to the public eye. You have the attention of people at this point; it is time to start making progress.

The idea of the banks recovering the loss thru selling the property is, at this time, ludicrous

Idea: Banks should be required to ' Suspend' payments and interest accumulation if a person loses their job during an 'economic downturn' until that person finds a comparable paying job or until the national unemployment rate is less than 5%.

Could you reference where this idea is being used?

which idea ? the banks idea that they will get their money back by foreclosure or my idea that the bank would still get their money back without destroying the populace.

The foreclosure... I don't know about this, so when you say "the loss" I don't know what loss you are referring to and what they are doing to understand your rebuttal.

the loss' is the loss of the repayment of the loan principal and the accrued interest. now, banks foreclose and then attempt to resell the property to recoup these losses. the foreclosure' is when a person stops making payments on the loan. during this 'downturn' jobs have disappeared. they have to return. one way to force that to happen is by forcing the banks to support companies that create jobs.
